Sacrilège - Le Pic

Description

Blend of several Grape Ales fermented (spontaneously from the grapes indigenous yeast) on pomaces from Carignan, Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Cinsault. Harvest 2021, aged 6 months in used oak barrels.

Sourness is moderate to high and leads to a fruity, crisp and racy beer.
