Rested Wind is a 16-month barrel-aged Arctic wild ale, brewed with barley, wheat, oats, and spelt, accompanied by hefty amounts of our favorite herbs, yarrow and meadowsweet. In the aroma and taste, you'll find tartness and some sweetness, stone fruit character, bitter fruits, and hay.
