Pulfer - Chupacabra

Description

Chupacabra is a beautiful thick and oily imperial pastry stout whose base was resting on tonka beans and coconut.

The main story is 140 kilograms of thick cherry puree, which we added during the fermentation phase. The idea was to get fine liqueur-like notes of cherry, together with some acid that would balance the sweetness of the base and adjuncts.

It's complex, with prominent aroma and flavors of chocolate, vanilla, almond, coconut and cherry... It's a dark pitch beauty.
